+371 2947 7391 Ieva has been working in Real Estate since 2003. She has been managing properties and assets and has been involved and has overseen several large scale real estate sales transactions. Ieva holds expertise in asset and property management of commercial real estate (shopping centres, mixed use and office buildings), lease agreement negotiations, extensions and reviews, refurbishments and lettings, she has wide experience in cooperation with legal, technical and financial teams.
Ieva believes that the Baltic Market is comparatively small, competition is tight, professionals know each other well, reputation is important therefore the business ethics should be the highest level, actions and deals comprehensive and transparent.
After representing several international investors and buildings, Ieva joined Colliers International to help to establish the property management department in Latvia. Since 2017 Ieva works for Capital Mill.
Ieva holds a BA from University of Latvia and a Diploma in Shopping Centre Management from the University of Reading.
