We\u2019re excited to announce that we\u2019ve started a collaboration with the Estonian startup DoBu<\/a>. This management platform is designed to simplify homeowners’ daily lives, allowing them to forget about bulky paper documents and instructions that gather dust. With AI-based technology, homeowners can quickly access information on how to use various technical devices, maintenance schedules, and what to do when warranty issues arise.<\/p>\n

The Laaneserva Homes in Viimsi is our first project, and we\u2019ve started using the DoBu management platform. It\u2019s great to see that, in such a short time, homeowners have already embraced the platform, sought help, and received the necessary answers from the AI.
