The facility, which will become the largest automotive center in the Nordic countries, was developed by Capital Mill and will officially open on 1 July.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new Amserv Tallinn dealership brings together Toyota new vehicle sales, Toyota Professional commercial vehicle sales, used car sales, and extensive after-sales services under one roof. It represents one of the largest investments in the Estonian automotive market in recent years. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaving worked closely with Japanese culture and people over many years, I know well that the foundations of their business culture are continuous development, responsibility and dedication to quality and long-term partnerships. These values have also played an important role in Amserv\u2019s growth and have helped the company become one of the leading players in the regional automotive market. I am pleased to be part of a project that will become one of the most important landmarks in the Nordic automotive sector.<\/p>\n<p>Motorsport has taught me that success is not built on a few fast stage times, but on a clear strategy, vision, teamwork and a constant desire to improve. I am confident that this new center will help Amserv take its operations to the next level and provide customers with an even better experience. I would like to thank Capital Mill and Tallinna Ehitustrust for their smooth and professional cooperation in bringing this ambitious project to life,\u201d said Ott T\u00e4nak.<\/p>\n<p>According to Capital Mill partner Tanel Samuel, the new Amserv Tallinn dealership is one of the most significant development projects in Estonia\u2019s commercial real estate market in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a technically advanced, high-quality building designed with future needs in mind. Our goal was to create an environment that supports the company\u2019s continued growth and sets a new benchmark for automotive centers across the region,\u201d said Samuel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis transaction confirms both the quality of the project and investors\u2019 confidence in commercial real estate backed by strong fundamentals and a reliable anchor tenant. We would like to thank Amserv for its trust and all project partners for their excellent cooperation,\u201d added Samuel.<\/p>\n<p>The building, developed on a 25,000-square-meter property at Tuleviku tee 14, has a total gross floor area of 12,400 square meters. The center includes four showrooms, an after-sales service area exceeding 4,800 square meters, one of the largest tire warehouses in the Baltics and a robot-operated spare parts warehouse. The dealership features 28 service bays, 44 electric vehicle charging points and 375 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Construction began following the cornerstone ceremony in 2024. The topping-out ceremony was held in the summer of 2025 and the construction process lasted nearly two years. The project was developed by Capital Mill, with Tallinna Ehitustrust serving as the main contractor and Benefit as the lead supplier of workshop solutions.<\/p>\n<p>According to Amserv CEO Rene Varek, cooperation with Capital Mill and Tallinna Ehitustrust has been excellent. While a future ownership change was considered possible, its occurrence at such an early stage of the project came as a surprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt gives us confidence that the owner of the new Toyota dealership property will be Ott T\u00e4nak \u2013 a World Rally Champion with Toyota and one of the most prominent figures in Estonian motorsport, who continues to be associated with Toyota\u2019s rally team,\u201d said Varek.<\/p>\n<p>Approximately 130 people will begin working at the new center, with the number expected to increase to 150 as business volumes continue to grow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>World Rally Champion Ott T\u00e4nak is acquiring Amserv Tallinn\u2019s new Toyota dealership building located in the immediate vicinity of Tallinn Airport.
