+372 5562 2042 Kärt believes that excellent performance relies on good relations, passion for work and a positive mindset. She has made good use of all three in her career and education both in Estonia and abroad. As a Master’s student at the School of Law of the University of Tartu, she improved her academic knowledge and international experience at the Erasmus University in the Netherlands and at the Baptist University in Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, she also completed practical training at the law firm Weir & Associates. Following her studies, she also worked in Dubai.
The experience and professional knowledge gained from other countries and cultures have broadened Kärt’s horizons and have been useful for her daily work in the Capital Mill team, which she joined in 2014. Her responsibilities include drafting of contracts and other legal documents and representing the company in court litigations. Kärt’s preferred methods of relaxation include painting, salsa dancing and travelling.
