Tanel is never afraid of professional challenges and he is an active community member. Since the end of 2016, he is the Vice President of the Estonian Wrestling Federation to help contribute to the development of a sport with long and successful traditions in Estonia.
Tanel has managed the completion of over 200,000m2 of shopping premises, which is equivalent to the size of 30 football pitches. Moreover, there are plans for further 250,000m2 of shopping prem-ises in the Baltics as a whole.
He started his career in 2003 as a project manager at OÜ Jaotusvärk before he dove into real estate business four years later. Since 2008, Tanel is one of the Partners in Capital Mill and serves as the Development Manager.
