+372 530 01515 Egle’s function at Capital Mill is to ensure smooth running of the buildings included in the portfolio. Her duties range from conclusion of service contracts to organisation of repairs. Egle is required to balance both the goals of the owners and the needs of the tenants, which makes her a key link in the cooperation between partners.
Egle is an experienced professional in her field, as proven by the diploma in property management from the Tallinn University of Technology. While still a student, she started working for ISS Eesti AS, gaining gradual promotions to business property manager at first and then to key account manager. She joined Capital Mill in 2018.
Egle’s competence has been certified according to three professional standards in the field of property management.
