PRESS RELEASE: A New Milestone! The Toyota Center, being developed by Capital Mill and Amserv, the largest in the Baltics, has reached its full structural height

Capital Mill, together with Amserv Tallinn and Tallinna Ehitustrust, celebrated the topping-out ceremony today for the new Amserv Auto Center. The joint project, located in Rae municipality, will become the largest Toyota dealership in the Baltics and is set for completion by summer 2026.

“Construction has progressed swiftly – we broke ground earlier this spring, and we’ve now reached the stage where we can place the traditional wreath atop the future flagship Amserv center,” said Silver Neemelo, Head of Construction at Capital Mill.

According to Neemelo, the construction team has done an excellent job so far – the building’s structural framework is complete, and work on the roof is currently underway. He emphasized that the partnership with Amserv goes beyond just erecting a new building. “This is a step into the future, where architecture, functionality, and responsibility go hand in hand.”

The upcoming 12,000 m² facility will house showrooms and service areas for both new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles, as well as repair bays, warehouses, and a parking garage. Designed in line with Toyota’s latest global standards, the building’s construction puts a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability, intending to achieve LEED Gold certification and an A-class energy rating.

“The topping-out ceremony is a symbolic milestone for us – it shows we are firmly on the path toward a future that includes a modern service environment and a strong customer experience,” added Rene Varek, CEO of Amserv Group.

Marek Maide, CEO of Toyota Baltic, praised Amserv’s continued commitment to developing the Toyota service network. “Amserv’s new dealership is a prime example of how strong partnerships and ambitious vision can create something that delivers real value to both customers and the wider region.”

The new Amserv dealership, located at Vägeva tee 2 in Rae municipality, is scheduled to open in the summer of 2026. It forms part of the company’s broader investment strategy – new centers were opened in Paide and Pärnu at the beginning of 2025, and in the coming years, Amserv will focus on developing even larger and more environmentally conscious service centers across Estonia.
